Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for [a full refund/store credit /an exchange. Please see below for more information regarding our return policy.
RETURNS (For items without manufacturer defects)
These items are characterized by either an error or customers unsatisfied with purchase.
All returns must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
The items must be unused and in the original packaging.
The item must be sent back in the same condition as it was received – this means that the item needs to be couriered back to Light Up Brick with a courier of your choice.
Please communicate the name of courier as well as the tracking number to info@lightupbrick.co.za , subjecy order number + return e.g #21710 Return
RETURNS (For items with manufacturer defects)
Where a customer finds that the item purchased has defects, the customer has the right to request a return.
If you have received an item with a manufacturer defect then please follow the following steps:Please email us at info@lightupbrick.co.za < stating your items defect with your order number attached as well as 2-3 images of your item. This is to be done within 48hrs of delivery.
Our management will decide whether the damage is of manufacturer default or of your own negligence.If the customers item defect matches our return policy, we will request a pick up from the customer at Light Up Brick cost. We will send a new item to customers once we have received the defective item. Light Up Brick will give the option of a refund as well.

RETURN PROCESS

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We do not have a walk in facility therefore you MAY NOT return the item to us physically.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange/return or exchange where applicable. This shall be on a case-to-case basis. Please allow at least 5 working days days from the receipt of your item to process your [return/exchange/return].
